💭 Thoughts:

1. Drinks

- amo 4 ever (gin, strawberry, citrus) + george street (dark rum, citrus, pineapple, orange) + Prosecco

- their cocktails are super good!!! does not taste super alcoholic so very good for girls who just want a little bit of alcohol but still want a drink that is sweet and easy to go down!

2. Woodfired bread paired with their smoked eggplant dip

- the bread was delicious just by itself omo

- special bonus was the homemade chilli oil specially given by our waitress that was the BOMBZ… honestly I would even pay for that chilli oil hahaha it went very very well with the bread

- the bread wasn’t hard at all but soft and savory

3. Fried calamari with garlic lemon dressing and salumi mayo

- served like they do in Italy in the paper roll!

- pretty standard good calamari done well!!

4. 1000 layers lasagna

- one of their signatures!! Not the typical tomato base lasagna, but they use bechamel, pistachio paste and mortadella!!

- honestly REALLY GOOOD and not super cheesy!! Was super umami and we all loved it!! Would go back just for this!!

5. Diavalo pizza

- the STAR of the show

- the dough was incredible ?!?!?! Really worth the 50 hours of fermentation that they do!!

- and I’m not usually a salami person but the salami in this was super good!!

6. Tiramisu

- unfortunately the tiramisu here is nonalcoholic 😢 and I really like my kahlua in my tiramisu so this was a slight disappointment

YESSSS!!! Highly recommend!! Love this place!! Other than the amazing food, the service was just impeccable as well!! Loved our waitress who was very attentive and gave lots of good recommendations as well!! Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely be back again!! ☺️
