The BEST Takoyaki Chain in Japan 🇯🇵

The golden standard of Takoyaki, it doesn’t get much better than this! They are known for serving takoyaki that are slightly crisp on the outside, light and creamy on the inside. Each takoyaki contains a piece of fresh tender octopus, which I thoroughly enjoy as I was expecting to bite into an underwhelming, rubbery piece of octopus. Note to self: never underestimate the standards of seafood in Japan!

We got the mentaiko takoyaki that came with a 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗼 & 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗸𝗼 (𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝗼𝗲) 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮. Note that mentaiko in Japan is actually pretty spicy so for those who can take the spice, be careful when taking a bite of mentaiko!

Despite being a chain restaurant, Gindaco serves 𝒕𝒐𝒑 𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒌𝒊! Gindaco in Japan comes with alcohol as well. While we can’t appreciate alcohol, it seems like a fan-favourite combination among the office workers at Gindaco!
