Cheesiest Japanese Hamburg Steak in SG

The egg station serves a number of items including a sunny side up (with the most runny yolk), soft as well as hard boiled egg, scrambled eggs (the fluffiest), omelettes and tamagoyaki (lightly sweet). The salad bar comes with a myriad of items but things to note include their coffee jelly and spaghetti. I especially love their spicy spaghetti with a gentle orange hue and minced meat.

The cheese hamburg came with melty cheese wrapped in well marinated minced beef and seared to add a smoky savoury flavour. The cheese lent a melty salty flavour that complement the beef well. This is one of their signature items so you can’t go wrong ordering this.

𝑭𝒐𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑯𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒌

Coming to our table in an aluminium foil bag with smoke billowing out, this one was a sight to behold. Cutting open the bag revealed a beautiful Hamburg steak drenched in a dark luscious sauce. This was certainly more wet than non-foiled version. Do order this if you’re interested in a feast for the eyes.

𝑻𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒌𝒊 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏

This dish consisted of fried karaage coated in delicious reddish teriyaki sauce. The dish had a nice balance of textures with crispy chicken skin and saucy teriyaki. This was a solid dish overall and I’d recommend non beef lovers to order this.

𝟒 𝒔𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆𝒔

Each main ordered comes with a choice of 4 sauces. The original, teriyaki mayo, demi glacé and oroshi ponzu. My favourite sauce was the teriyaki which was a delightful balance of sweet, salty and savoury.

Do give them a visit if you’re looking for a super filling meal/buffet at a somewhat affordable price.
