Freshest, sweetest, succulent prawns I’ve had 🦐🍲

Newly opened next to the famous Ng Kuan Chilli Pan Mee at Kovan, this stall specialises in serving Seafood Soup and Yong Tau Foo dishes.

We got the most basic Seafood Soup that features Dory fish, 2 fresh prawns, scallops and large chunks of minced pork meat. Their soup is known to be made from chicken and pork ribs stock that is boiled for a few hours with the addition of their secret sauce blend. this results in a light and umami soup that doesn’t leave you feeling thirsty after the meal.

The highlight of the bowl is undoubtedly the prawns! This is by far the sweetest prawns I’ve had in a long time, and I’d dare say that it is sweeter than some crabs I’ve had in the past month.
