🍨 Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream…Oooh so smooth and creamy!!
Serving’s: 6 pints (12 cups)
This is my own recipe that I experimented with…you can cut this recipe in half
Ingredients:
32 FL oz Heavy whipping cream (1 container)
28 ozs sweetened condensed milk (2 14oz cans)
1 tbsp granulated white sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp salt
Steps:
Use a stand mixer and add in all ingredients.
Mix on speed 6 for about 8-10 mins or until the batter starts to form into very thick peaks “fluffy clouds”
Using a freezer appropriate container, fill with the batter and freeze overnight for best consistency.
Serve with your favorite toppings…or use for a root beer float!
