Homemade Pierogies Recipe

Had some leftover homemade cheesy garlic mashed potatoes, and decided to make some homemade pierogies, because why not 😆

I used a simple mixture of about 1/3 cup water and 1 cup all purpose flour to form the dough. ( Add more water to create the consistency you like for the dough). Rolled out the dough and used a biscuit cutter for the shape. Placed the dough cutout on my dumpling maker to create this cute shape…🥟 (made 6). *Don’t overstuff this, roughly a tbsp per dumpling.

Placed on my baking sheet with parchment paper, sprayed with a cooking spray on both sides. Baked in the oven at 350 for about 15 -18 minutes. Served with some light sour cream and chives…so delicious!!
