Easy Homemade Deviled Egg Recipe

One of many lovely benefits from having chickens…Fresh Deviled Eggs!

There’s so many wonderful recipes out there for these, but mine are very simple and super tasty.

I measure with my soul, so these are rough estimates of ingredients. Be sure to taste the mixture to determine what you like.

18 hard boiled eggs

Separate the yolks from whites and add to the yolks

2-3 tsp’s of ground paprika

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Roughly a cup of light mayonnaise

1/4 cup Dijon spicy mustard

1/4 cup yellow mustard

Mix/Mash all together, till smooth and creamy

Got a little fancy by piping the mixture into each egg and garnished with some more ground paprika.
