For salmon cakes:
One can of salmon
1 1/2 cup pork rind, Panko crumbs
Two eggs
1/4 cup mayo
A good amount of cooking oil
For tartar sauce:
Half a cup of mayo
1/4 cup relish
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into patties. You can make them big or small. It’s all up to you. I used like a tablespoon measurer for mine. Heat up the cooking oil on medium high heat and then flip them every two minutes until they’re crispy. Let sit for a minute or two and then enjoy!!
