how do you guys deal with ovarian cysts?

i recently got diagnosed with having ovarian cysts, and it’s honestly a bit nice which is weird to say. but for years i’ve been dealing with horrendous stomach pains that lasted for days and were unbearable, i went to so many different doctors in state, out of state, in different towns, so many different tries, and to no avail. but on friday i woke up in so much unbearable pain, my boyfriend finally said that’s it, we need to go to the hospital. with my past, i didn’t think they’d be able to find anything. i thought it would be the usual get a little morphine, get an IV, and leave with no information. but this time they actually found out my issue, ovarian cysts. aghhh! and i’m supposed to wait for them to naturally go away?! does anyone else deal with this? :( any tips?
