How I manage my ovarian cyst

I get ovarian cyst quite frequently and not are they painful! These are three things I use to help give comfort and relief to the cyst.

1. These self heating stick on patches from 5 below are life savers!! You won’t also have a nearby outlet and they do actually get super warm and you can put on the exact area.

2. A plug in heating pad. You can find these almost anywhere. These are nice when it’s not too bad or pain and you don’t want to waste a stick on patch and don’t want to pull the whole heating blanket out.

3. The heating blanket I got is from Amazon but you can find them at a lot of stores too. I love using my blanket it does exactly what it needs to and relax my entire body.
