Running vs Walking?

Which do you prefer? Each form of exercise has their own pros and cons to be sure. I personally prefer running as there’s nothing like a runner’s high and I get in the ZONE if I have the right playlist on shuffle. There are a lot of nature trails in my neighborhood though so nothing beats a good evening walk either.
