Post Breakup Checklist

I’ve been through two breaks ups in my life and both of them sucked! It felt like someone had ripped my heart out and stepped on it.

But there’s never been a more intense period of self-growth and change in my life than right after those break ups. I poured everything into building a new, better life without my partner. I got strong, more dedicated and way f*cking hotter.

If you’re going through a breakup, use this time to build the life you deserve. Start by trying to make them regret leaving you, but end by making yourself proud.
