Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin Recipe 🎃
Ingredients:
𝙈𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙨:
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 15oz pumpkin purée
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜:
- 1 block cream cheese
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice in medium bowl, whisk
- In large bowl whisk together vegetable oil, pumpkin purée, eggs and vanilla
- Combine bowls to one and mix together
- In small bowl create cream cheese mixture by adding cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and milk, mix well
- Add cream cheese mixture into a piping bag
- Place muffin mixture into muffin pan and pipe cream cheese filling into the middle of each muffin
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Let cool
- Enjoy!
