The Southern Spoonful's Healthy Pumpkin Bread is packed with fall spices to create the perfect, flavorful bread for breakfast or dessert.
This is our all-time favorite recipe to make once the weather cools down. Our easy-to-create bread is moist and delicious.

Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of White Flour
1 cup of Almond Flour
4 Eggs
2 cups (1 can) Canned Pumpkin
2 cups White Sugar
1/2 cup Avocado Oil
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
6 oz Applesauce
6 oz Water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spray 2 nonstick loaf pans (9″ x 5″ x 3″).
Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
In another mixing bowl, pour the pumpkin, applesauce, water, oil, and eggs, beat well with a mixer.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well until well combined.
Pour the batter into the well-greased pans, dividing the batter equally between the two pans.
Bake at 350°F for one hour. After baking, test for doneness by piercing the middle of the bread with a toothpick, ensuring it comes out clean. Add additional time if the toothpick does not come out clean, 5 minutes at a time.
