i usually just buy the bottled protein shakes for quickness!but i'll use actual protein powder when i wanna make a super high calorie shake+mix it in with loads of diff foods/ liquids. My fave things to mix in with protein powder are peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, milk,

vocoa

powder. i always make sure i have a protein shake prepared for me to have straight after a gym session! The recommended protein intake after a session is 0.14 grams per of your body weight.

RICE

Fave type is vegetable flavoured rice!It's so helpful for me for getting more calories in! (I have have uncle bens rice which is is 336 calories per pack, and have 2 packets per meal)

CHICKEN

My fave food while bulking ever!I have it with so many different things like: chicken fajitas, chicken breast with mash, chicken pasta, chicken tica.

It is also crazy high protein! My usual portion is 300 grams which is 72 grams of protein total.
