Sticking to a calorie deficit for a long period of time can be hard. Usually the hardest things people struggle with are feeling hungry & wanting to be too perfect. In order to stick to a calorie deficit your diet doesn’t have to be perfect, but you do consistently have to be eating less calories than you burn. Here are three tips in order to do that⬇️

1. Eat mostly whole, organic foods

The less processed foods are, the more close to their original form they are. This makes them harder to over eat & more nutritious. Try to get more whole, unprocessed foods from the store like lean meats, fruits, and vegetables.

2. High protein & fiber snacks

Eating a diet high in protein & fiber will keep you fuller for longer! The fuller you are, the less calories and food you will eat.

3. High volume, low calorie foods

Think of something like a salad or fruit. Did you know 1lb of strawberries has only 250 calories?! That’s a lot of food for the amount of calories it is. If you’re looking to stick to a calorie deficit I recommend finding high volume / low calorie foods to eat.
