Wanting to grow your glutes but not seeing much progress? Here are 3 things you could be doing to unintentionally kill your glute gains⬇️

1. Too much cardio

While cardio is great, too much cardio can lead to your glutes not recovering in between workouts. Overtime this will lead to your glutes actually getting smaller instead of growing. Try to do cardio 3-4/week max & pick cardio that helps with growth (sprints, stairmaster).

2. Not pushing yourself hard enough

If you use the same weights every workout & never go up in weight your muscles won’t be challenged enough to grow! Implement progressive overload: lifting more, adding more reps, & forcing your glutes to grow.

3. Not eating enough

You have to eat enough calories in order to grow and gain muscle. While you don’t have to be in a surplus to grow, you have to make sure you’re eating enough protein and carbs to help grow your glutes.
