If you’re looking to grow your upper glutes & have a “bubble butt” then you NEED to be doing this exercise! What exercise am I talking about? Cable glute kickbacks. These are amazing for isolating your glute medius, which is responsible for round upper glutes.

How to do kickbacks:

-start with a cable attachment around your ankle

-hold onto the cable machine, hinging your torso slightly forward

-kickback at a 45 degree angle

-squeeze your glutes at the top, making sure not to hyper extend at your low back

-slowly lower your leg back to start position

Complete 2-3 sets of this exercise at the end of your glute workout! For each set do anywhere from 10-15 reps.
