If your focus is Glutes and specifically growing a pancake booty like mine once was into a bubblebutt than keep reading!
Number one thing to remember is if GROWTH is what your chasing, you need to be in a calorie surplus. Your body can’t GROW without an increase in calories.
Ok now that we got that out of the way, here are my top 3 exercises that I believe helped me get from A to B over the years.
☝️: Hip thrusts
KAS Glute bridges and Hip thrusts are both amazing for the Glutes and specifically the upper part of your Glute Maximus.
#2 : RDL’s
RDL’s are amazing just make sure your emphasis is in the Glutes so keep a bend in the knees and don’t go past your range of motion which is usually right below the knees. This exercise specifically aids in the lower part of your Glute Maximus.
#3 : Squats
Squats have been around forever and there’s a reason why, they work!
They’re an amazing full body movement but great for building the Glutes as well.
