Everyday I aim to get at least 135 grams of protein from whole food sources. By eating three meals and day and snacks I’m able to do that! Here are my favorite meals to achieve my high protein goal⬇️
Breakfast
-eggs or egg whites
-ground beef patties or steak
-fruits or smoothie
-coffee with honey & collagen
Lunch
-ground beef patties with a sweet potato bun
-carrot salad (carrot, coconut oil, honey, apple cider vinegar)
-more fruit + carbs
-sometimes I have rice + meat bowls, kinda like at home chipotle
Dinner
-Usually a sneak or chicken based dinner
-sweet potatoes and vegetables on the side
-fruit/sweet treat after dinner
Snacks
-fruit
-smoothies/protein shakes
-protein bars
-rice cakes
-beef jerky, salmon bites
Everyday is different so this is an example and some ideas of what to eat for each meal! Usually I eat a decent amount of grass fed red meat + organic fruit to keep my energy levels high. 💞
