Who else is in their pilates princess era?🙋🏻‍♀️ Even if you’ve never done pilates before you are more than welcome to join this challenge! 6 days of pilates per week, 1 day off. Each session is between 5-30 minutes so that you can recover & ease into pilates.

If you’re not a beginner feel free to add this along side weight training or any other type of movement you love!

Sunday- 30 min full body pilates

Monday- 10 min deep core focused pilates

Tuesday- 25 min upper body + core

Wednesday- 20 min core workout

Thursday- 15 min deep core + glutes

Friday- 5 min core

Saturday- REST!
