3 of my biggest fat loss tips:

1. Eat high volume, low calorie foods.

Did you know there are only about 150 calories in one POUND of strawberries? Think about how filling that is for very little calories. For reference one tablespoon of oil is around 120 calories. Think about how many packaged foods sneak in added oils and therefore added calories.

2. HIGH PROTEIN!

Protein is extremely filling and can serve as an easy way to eat less food. Eating less food + still feeling full = effortless weigh loss. Don’t make it harder than it has to be!

3. Whole, nutrient dense foods.

As with the strawberry vs oil example, many processed/packaged foods have lots of added calories. In fact, there are many brands that hire scientists to discover the perfect ratio of sugars/fats to make people eat the most! Eating those processed foods make it extremely hard to lose weight. Don’t make it harder than it needs to be!
