Accidentally booked an Omakase in Japan🥶

The entire course consists of 8 dishes for $80/pax.

I would say it’s pretty worth it considering the quality of all the dishes. However the 2 dishes that stood out to me was the Uni and Ikura rice and also the fried fish with tartar sauce!! ( First 2 pics )

The Uni and Ikura rice was packed with so much flavour and complexity. There’s the sweet from the Uni, the salty from the Ikura and a hint of the charred taste from the rice😮‍💨

You get to pick either the smaller or bigger claypot. I went for the smaller portion and shared with my boyfriend. It was honestly just right for the both of us.

The fried fish literally melted in my mouth. It taste abit like fish and chips but without the chips and 10x better.
