Curb your cinnamon cravings with this easy, peasy cinnamon roll - perfect for one serving.

INGREDIENTS

~for the roll

•50g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) flour

•30g (2 tbsp) milk

•8g (1 tbsp) powdered sugar/sweetener

•tiny pinch of salt

•pinch of baking soda

•1/4 tsp baking powder

~for the filling

•5g (1 tsp) butter

•12g (1 tbsp) brown sugar/sweetener

•1tsp cinnamon powder

~for the frosting

•20g (1.5 tbsp) cream cheese

•12g (1.5 tbsp) powdered sugar/sweetener

•squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

•water to thin

METHOD

1. Mix all the dough ingredients together (set aside a bit of the flour for kneading)

2. If the dough is too sticky, add a but more flour and if it is too dry, add a bit more milk

3. Knead the dough by hand for a couple of minutes then roll it out using a rolling pin or something similar

4. Spread the butter on the dough, then sprinkle the mixture of sugar/sweetener and cinnamon and spread it out

5. Roll up the dough after sealing all its sides

6. You can either cut into two or keep it one whole; add to a ramekin /baking dish /mug

7. Microwave for 1 minute or bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or airfry at 180C for 7-8 minutes

8. Make the frosting by mixing all its ingredients together and whipping it using a whisk

9. Spread the frosting on top of the prepared cinnamon roll and enjoy warm
