That’s because I added bitters which triggers your body to create digestive enzymes. So, if you struggle with bloating, you might want to start trying some bitters before eating…it’s helped me a lot! Also, ginger encourages digestion as well
BLOOD ORANGE GINGER MOCKTAIL
- First, juice 1 blood orange.
- Add this to a cup with a handful of ice.
- Then, add 4 oz of ginger ale and 4 oz of plain seltzer.
- Next, add 8 drops of bitters and stir.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange and enjoy!!
