Ingredients:

2-3 strawberries (sliced)

1/2 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice

1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda(I used orange poppi)

1 tbsp honey or agave nectar(if you prefer sweet)

Ice cubes

Blood orange slices and strawberry slices for garnish ( optional)

Instructions:

In a tall glass, combine and muddle the strawberries , add blood orange juice, and honey or agave nectar. Stir until well combined.

Add ice cubes to the glass.

Pour the sparkling water or club soda over the ice and stir gently.

Garnish with blood orange slices , strawberry slices or mint leaves.
