Snickers Ice Box Cake (clean ingredients!)

SNICKERS ICE BOX CAKE 🧊🍰 just 6 simple ingredients & requires 15 minutes of your time (does NOT require an oven🤝)

To make…

- Grab a mixing bowl and pour in one 16 oz container of heavy whipping cream (about 2 cups), 1/2 cup of peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of coconut sugar.

- Using a hand mixer, whisk until fluffy and stiff peaks form (about 1-2 mins) If you’re having troubles getting it to thicken up, place the bowl in the freezer for 10 mins and try whipping again!

- Next, grab a box of @simplemills chocolate sweet thins (or another chocolate cookie or graham cracker) And crush the entire bag. If you’re not using the sweet thins, you’re going to want about 2 cups worth of crushed chocolate cookie.

- Next, melt down 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

- Then, it’s time to layer! Start with a layer of the whipped filling, and then cookie, and then chocolate. Repeat once more. And then for the final layer, do whipped filling, chocolate, and then cookie (this is so the bottom of the cake is cookie)

- Place in freezer overnight.

- Once it’s frozen, take it out of the loaf pan and flip it over so the cookie layer is on the bottom.

- Top with more melted chocolate and crushed peanuts.
