Accommodations I make for my autism 🦋

Growing up undiagnosed, I had a lot of unmet needs and didn’t receive the accommodations I required, because we didn’t know I even needed them 😅

But now as an adult I find these ways to accommodate for my autism, with NO shame! I don’t care what anyone else says, because this helps me a lot and I deserve it. So do you 🫶🏼
