Get ready with me in the morning🌤️

Starting off the day right is so important in making sure the rest of your day goes well. When I began to incorporate a routine in my mornings, I noticed such a big difference in how my mood increased and my energy raised😊. When you have a set routine, you know what to expect next and become efficient and productive.

These are my top three wellness habits as soon as I wake up:

1. Making my bed 🛌 . By starting the day with this simple task, I am able to organize my room and start fresh. It motivates me to continue my day strongly and motivates me to succeed.

2. Journaling 📝. I take a few minutes out of my day to reflect on how I feel and write down goals that I am aiming to achieve. This allows me to recognize my growth and see where I can improve.

3. Going for a walk 🚶‍♀️. By walking early in the morning, I get a natural boost of energy. I also get to connect with my surroundings and start the day by doing something good for my body!
