The West African Cuisine of Delicious Fufu!

Once the cassava is fermented, it's time to make the fufu. You mix the fermented cassava with water and form it into small balls or shapes.

Fufu is a delicious and nutritious dish that's perfect for breakfast or as a snack. It's also very versatile, and you can add different ingredients to it to make it more flavorful. In Liberian cuisine, fufu is often served with fried plantains, which I was  pleasantly surprised to find out are also a popular dish in Brazil!

I must admit, I am a big fan of fufu. It's a dish that brings me back to my childhood, and it's always a treat to make for my family and friends.  Thanks so much for following.
