🧀 Cheesy Smashed Potatoes 🥔

I found this recipe on this gorgeous app of a dad who makes these cheesy smashed potatoes for his kiddos & oh my goodness… i LOOVE

•1/2 lb of baby yellow potatoes

•Boil until fork tender. Drain and cool for 5 min.

•Smash with something small (I used the top to my veggie oil can)

•Melt 3 tbsp of butter with 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream

•Put ur fav toppings on (I used fully cooked real bacon pieces in a bag with bake and melt shredded cheese)

•Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min.

•You can top it with sour cream and chopped green onions or whatever ur 🤍 desires! Enjoy!
