best yogurt to choose for a high protein diet!

had some time before my afternoon tea with a friend so I went to the supermarket to check out yogurts! I read that greek yogurt generally has higher protein than regular yogurt so I wanted to find out if this was true!

I arranged the products by amount of protein per kcal because we want to watch our calorie intake too. best on the list is Fage with a whooping 10.3g of protein in a 100g serving. the top 5 yogurts on the list are indeed greek yogurts. slightly disappointed in Jalna as this is a popular greek yogurt amongst my mummy friends yet it's last amongst the dairy yogurts. very surprised that the non dairy alternative (cocobella) is so low in protein!
