These are the things that I usually eat/ drink in a
day to feel my best!
First I start my morning off with celery juice on an
empty stomach. I'll let that sit in my stomach for
about 30 minutes before eating breakfast. I like to
start my day off with celery juice bc it helps to
fight auto immune diseases, helps restore
adrenals, neutralizes and flushes toxins out of
liver, helps get rid of strep bacteria, and helps
against bloating.
My favorite breakfast to make for myself is Avo
toast with strawberries and honey on the side.
Side note I try to lessen the amount of gluten that
I take in so l'Il use gluten free bread. 🥑🍞🍓
For lunch I like to have something small and
simple so I'll usually eat eggs with spinach and
bell peppers. 🫑🍳
For a refreshing snack I'll make myself an acai
smoothie which is my favorite smoothie ever! I
use acai, peanut butter, bananas, pineapples,
mangos, strawberries, blueberries, plant milk, and
honey. Occasionally if I feel like it I'll also add
some protein powder. 🍓🫐🍍🥛
Lastly for dinner, I'Il make sure to have some kind
of protein with veggies on the side and my
favorite meal is baked salmon with some teriyaki
honey drizzled on top, rice on the side, as well as baked asparagus. 🎣
