A girl cannot just be eating protein oats every single day so this is my fave meal to have if I just have a bit more time on hand.

I LOVE BAGELS (I used to make them from scratch but now I rly cannot lmAO) and this is such a nutritious + protein-packed breakfast that will set you up for the day.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

1 bagel

2 eggs

Your favourite cheese

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

1. Set your bagel in the toaster (slice first please HAHA). My usual is the Redmart Cinnamon Raisin Bagels — it has a pretty good chew to it and is nicely dense and doughy!

2. Before turning the flame on, crack your eggs into a non-stick pot. I don’t use oil but if you want you can use some cooking spray.

3. Wait 30 seconds as it heats up, then start stirring for 30 seconds. Afterwards, take it off the flame for 30 seconds.

Repeat till you get the desired consistency of slightly wet, but formed curds.

This is based on the famous Gordon Ramsay technique for scrambled eggs and I love it!

4. Turn off the flame. Leave your eggs slightly undercooked (the residual heat will finish cooking it) and add in your favourite cheese.

Stir until the cheese has melted and season with salt and pepper. I LOVE Trader Joe’s EBTB seasoning with this combination so if you have it — please add it!

5. Assemble and cut into halves. Time to dig in hehehe.

This is nicely filling and will keep you happy until lunchtime so you won’t be HANGRY!!! Hope you give it a try 🫶🏻💖
