Side Surf Tutorial, Part 1 ⬇️
In most cases, learning to side surf takes some time because you usually have to do a little off skate preparation.
Gaining strength and flexibility first is important. It will reduce falling and straining/pulling any muscles.
I recommend including other poses like Pigeon and Warrior II (both yoga poses) into your practice. Pigeon poses is the one I do the most.
