Before breakfast, on an empty stomach, I take two Seed Probiotics for gastrointestinal and whole-body health. After I’ve eaten breakfast, I take two Rae Multivitamins which are filled with vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E, Selenium, Zinc, and so much more. I always make sure to have a zinc supplement in my lineup because I’ve found it to be so beneficial for skin health and helping clear my acne. I follow this with two Rae Daily Cleanse Vitamins for skin and digestive health—this has helped my skin so much. I also take an iron supplement to bring my iron levels back to a normal amount as I have an iron deficiency. Allergy relief is a must for me year-round; otherwise, the pollen gets the best of me. Next, I’ll take two Ashwagandha Vitamins (250mg). I used to take 125mg daily but really began reaping the amazing benefits once I doubled my dosage. My most recent addition was Inositol, a vitamin that aids in hormone balancing. I recently swapped to non-hormonal birth control and set out on a hormone-balancing journey and have seen a world of difference. Right before bed, I also take Magnesium. This has been such a game-changer in bettering my sleep quality.
