How To Treat Acne.

This may sound ironical from someone who doesn’t have acne. I used to have acne and the last time I saw active acne on my skin was about 3 years ago. This is how I treated/maintained and acne free skin:

1. Never sleep with makeup on.

2. Use sunscreen daily

3. Wash your makeup brushes regularly (at least after two uses).

4. Switching face towels every day/two. Some people use face tissue from the clean club.

5. Wearing less makeup.

6. Exfoliating regularly.

7. Using facial steams to open up your pores and prepares them for extraction.

8. Facial steaming prevents/reduces acne by easily bringing the debris to the surface for extraction.
