It is essential at least for me, to dump my thoughts and structure them in journal.
💭 A mother's mind never rest, the mental load is madness. What time should I wake up?
Have i buffer enough time to prep, breakfast, walking over to car, spelling, ting xie, meal planning etc. I am not writing these to scare ladies out of motherhood. These are the mental load that I am facing as a mother.
Sometimes I wonder if I have adult ADHD?
Questions and fleeting thoughts that goes through my mind. Writing helps me clear these thoughts, analyse, find possible solutions and structure the points.
If I don't document it, it’s like unanswered problems that will be stuck in my mind. I enjoy jotting my thoughts down, it is like therapy to myself.
Journaling is a way I review my thoughts.
A moment for myself, space for me, time for me.
