I know there are many mamas that are not fans of these… and I get it.

But if you’re an anxious mama like me and this gives you a sense of peace… by all means. Get the device.

- But don’t rely on this as your first option.

- Search for places near you that offer classes for situations like this.

- know that this MAY not take everything lodged in someone’s throat

- and NEVER buy the knock off version (those absolutely don’t work)
