“YOU’RE A BAD MOM”

A message to bad moms.

I’ll be the first to say that yes there are bad moms out there… like abusive moms that do horrible things to children.

I’m talking to the moms that even question if they’re being a good mom.

Mom guilt is at an all time rise.

I see it all the time especially on social media. So many mothers projecting their hurt on strangers posts that literally don’t know anything about them.

I can’t imagine how many moms are out there. To think that we all would think, walk, talk, breathe, and live the same is absolutely ridiculous.

So yes. You’re a bad mom to somebody. You do things differently… so what?

No matter what we do we will never be considered enough or good to the next mom.

And THATS okay!!!

I feel for both ends of the spectrum! The moms consuming all this content and then the moms posting content!

The mom consuming content. To be cut throat with you… ya gotta unfollow, block, delete the app. Whatever you have to do to stop overthinking your parenting decisions.

For the mom posting…I have major relatability to. We get on social media because we want to find OUR people to a T. Unfortunately that comes with ANYONE else that comes across your content and takes it as a personal attack. And it seems like people get on here with such privilege expecting creators to know everyone’s traumas, past experiences, triggers etc… which results in anxiety, paralysis by analysis, and stale content.

Just your daily reminder that the only validation your really need is from yourself! The most important things your kids need is you. No one on social media is going to matter a month from now so don’t give them space in your head😘
