THRIFTING WITH TODDLERS

My sister and I grew up Thrifting literally everything. Although now is an adult I definitely enjoy purchasing new items. I can say that Thrifting is something that will never leave my life and it’s something that I enjoy very very much.

With that being said … motherhood definitely has my Thrifting hobbies taking a backseat. But here are some tips that I found do help on the days that I do go thrifting with my littles.

Make a field trip out of it.

You don’t have to go to an amusement park to have fun with your kids. I typically go to the toy section 1st, and let my kids take their time, looking at the toys and picking out something to entertain them while I go look at my items.

Go on a day you’re not in a rush

With the last tip, you’re definitely gonna need to go on a day where you don’t have to rush anywhere after your thrift trip.

Have entertaing toys on hand

We have set toys that we only bring out when we go eat out as a family or if I go Thrifting. This just helps them be excited all over again and look at these toys as something new in their life.

Snacks!!!

This is my biggest tip. And honestly probably the most important. It’s no secret that these kids are literal snack, monsters!
