Definitely isn’t easy sharing this. We usually only share our cute sides on social media for all to see.

I’m not here to share tips or tricks on weight loss. Tips on how to remove stretch marks. How to love your body after so much change.

Because I simply struggle with it as well. I’m not an expert in this area… anymore lol.

One of the biggest things I struggled with leaving the military was “letting myself go”

After my first pregnancy I was all for getting fit, hitting the gym everyday at 3am, coming home and going back to sleep til my son woke up, Meal prepping for the week and only having one cheat meal a week. And it worked well for a while but after our move we lost it.

It’s definitely something I’d love to get back to. I’m not for toxic positivity. And I don’t promote shaming anyone’s weight. But to sit here and tell you I feel beautiful, healthy, and doing the best I can to be the best mommy for my kids… I’d be lying. At someone point I just gave up on myself.

And this not be the motivation you want to hear but it’s the real raw thoughts I’m having right now. And I hope to show you that you’re not alone. You’re not the only one with a crap ton of stretch marks all over your stomach, arms and body. It’s okay if you’re not in love with the stretch marks and it’s also okay if your tummy doesn’t look like most social media pregnancies with perfect round bellies and no stretch marks.

Because that’s me.
