Sweet Potato Pie!!

You’ll need:

3 sweet potatoes

1 stick softened butter

Half a cup plus 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk

2 cups of sugar

1 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon

2 frozen 9” pie crusts

Boil your potatoes until VERY SOFT (may take 30-45 minutes)

once boiled remove the ‘skin’ from the sweet potatoes

Add to a bowl. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

Pour mixture into pie crusts and bake on 350 for 1 hour start checking at 50 min.

You know the pies are done when the top is set and or a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
