Spam & Eggs over Rice! 🍳Spam Series Part 2!

Welcome to my Spam series part II! Today, we have the classic “Spam & Eggs over Rice”! This dish is a great go-to whenever you’re looking for a quick & ultra tasty meal 😋

Ingredients: (2 servings)

- 1 can of Spam

- 6 eggs

- 2 cups of jasmine rice or any other white rice of your choice

- Furikake rice seasoning (optional)

- Teriyaki sauce: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp of mirin, and 1 tbsp of brown sugar

- Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Cook 2 cups of rice.

2. Slice your Spam up into cubes

3. Pan fry them with a little oil until crispy

4. Add in the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce and let it thicken while coating the spam

5. Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and mix with a pinch of salt

6. Pour it into an nonstick pan and scramble on med low heat for 2 mins.

7. Plate up! To make a rice dome, scoop rice into a sm bowl, pack it in and flip upside down onto the plate

8. Sprinkle some furikake rice seasoning on top for extra flavor (optional)

9. Add in the eggs and spam

10. Enjoy!
