I love Kimbap especially when I need something quick to make and eat on-the-go or to pack for a picnic! What you鈥檒l need are:
Ingredients:
- carrots
- bulgogi pre-marinated meat
- egg 3
- spinach
- pickled radish
- short grain rice
- seaweed
- seasons oil
- sesame seeds
- salt
Instructions:
1. Cook your short grain rice, then mix in a pinch of salt and a few drops of sesame oil
2. Saut茅 your bulgogi meat. Don鈥檛 overcook it since it鈥檚 think it cooks super fast in 1 min
3. Julienned your carrots and quickly saut茅
4. Saut茅 your spinach
5. Scramble your eggs and pour it into a frying pan on low-med, level it out evenly and cook it for 1 min and flip for another min. When done, take out and cut into strips
5. The pickled radish usually come in strips at the store so no prep is needed
6. Now Assemble! Take a sheet of seaweed and spread an even layer of rice on top
7. On the bottom end start adding in your ingredients side by side going up ie: beef, spinach, eggs, radish & carrots
8. Roll it up
9. Brush sesame oil on top of the roll on the seaweed
10. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
11. Cut into slices
