Pumpkin Ravioli 🍽 with Brown Butter Sauce & Sage!

Pumpkin ravioli with brown butter sage sauce. I love my raviolis with a thin skin so I rolled my pasta dough to a # “7”.

For the dough, I used a 2 to 1 ratio of AP flour and semolina which gives the dough more structure & a nice al dente texture 🙂

Filling:

- canned pumpkin

- Parmesan cheese (grated)

- salt

- black pepper

- grated nutmeg
