Pumpkin gnocchi with brown butter sage 🍽️

Gnocchi is a potato based Italian pasta but these gnocchis have a special ingredient that makes it fall themed 😉🎃They’re pillowy soft and taste great boiled or seared on the pan. In this recipe, I’ve tossed them in a sauce using just salted butter and sage leaves. Nothing’s more fall than the fragrant smell of brown butter & sage♨️😌 I also love how the sage crisp up adding a crispy element to the dish!
