I have a confession. I cheated 😔

It’s not what you think. I cheated because I started early. I decided what my goals were late December, and every time I made a new goal I put it into effect the next day. My theory is: I love a good reason to level up my life, but if I can’t make a change on Dec 27, why would I suddenly be able to on Jan 1?

New year goals are a wonderful tool, a brand new year is a wonderful reason to do better than last year. Just remember it should be way more than just a “New Year’s Resolution”. It should be a life long change!
