how we celebrated our 1st anniversary❤️ | part 1

We had lunch at fatcow and ordered their set lunch with an ala carte okra! For every set lunch, it comes a bowl of miso soup, chawamushi and vegetables drizzled with peanut and sesame sauce. The miso soup had strong bonito flavour so it was super umami and the vegetable sauce WAS BOMBB 🫶🏻

NEXT UPP for the mains, he got the 21 Days Dry-Aged Nagasaki A5 Wagyu Donburi while i got the Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Premium Donburi 🍚 Both bowls had the same toppings - foie gras, ikura and onsen egg. The beef slices literally melted in our mouths 🥹 We couldn’t really tell the difference between A4 and A5 BUTT the 21 Days Dry-Aged beef seemed to be more flavourful as compared to the normal one ☺️ The rice was literally cooked with truffle oil and beef fat so you can imagine how flavourful it tasted 🥹 Foie gras was buttery and smooth while the ikura was fresh and sweet 🫶🏻🫶🏻 EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD

For dessert, we were served honeycomb ice cream with cookie crumble at the side 🍨 My bf found it a little sweet but i thought it was okay! He also got the yuzu umeshu and he couldnt stop drinking it HAHAHHA so i guess it was good 🤭

We went on a Sunday and there wasn’t a big crowd so I think you can still go without making a reservation! Generally, the staffs were pretty friendly - they came by to check on our meal midway and refilled our drinks promptly. I couldn’t finish my rice because it was such a huge bowl so they offered to takeaway for me too 😌 TO SUM IT UP i really recommend fatcow for couples looking for a place to celebrate special occasions 🫶🏻
