🥜 No-Bake Peanut Butter Banana Split Cake 🍌
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
Peanut Butter Layer:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
Toppings:
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 (3.4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
Garnishing:
Chocolate syrup
Crushed peanuts
Maraschino cherries
Sprinkles (optional)
Preparation:
Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge.
Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the crust and return to the fridge.
Add Banana and Pineapple Layers:
Arrange banana slices over the peanut butter layer, then top with crushed pineapple.
Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
Whisk pudding mix and cold milk. Let thicken, then spread over the banana and pineapple layers.
Top with Strawberries and Whipped Topping:
Layer sliced strawberries on top of the pudding, followed by a final layer of whipped topping.
Garnish and Chill:
Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle crushed peanuts, and top with maraschino cherries and sprinkles. Chill for at least 2 hours.
